They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
The bottom line is that sometimes a person is forced to place a family member and this nursing home is not as bad as some but not as good as others. Their are some excellent CNA's but at the same time watch out especially in the dementia wing where they seem to have a few EXCELLENT aides but seem to also place the aides that cannot cut it on the skilled side. As with any nursing home visit often and unexpectedly, and monitor your loved ones care. That way you KNOW they will get taken care of. I've seen sneaky aides not feed a client all their dinner just because the person might balk at one bite..NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The office was easy enough to find.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
