My uncle was in MIddlebury Manor for a short time before he went back into the hospital and almost died. Had the nurses and STNA's had been doing their job it would not have happened. He had a bed sore (from not getting turned and changed properly) as big as an orange on his lower back which led to staph infection in his blood which as I stated earlier almost killed him. I wouldn't bring an enemy to that hole to get treatment. There was no excuse for this neglect. And it cost our family quite a bit of money in hospital bills that could have been prevented by turning and chagning him properly. Most worthless nursing home I have ever had to deal with. And yes, after he got out of the hospital he was moved to a different nursing home--seeing as we want him to live and all.
