Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office.
