The rehab center is located in the same area as treatment of mentally confused residents. Those clients are located closer to the nurses' station and call lights of those further from the nurses' station are not answered readily. Meals leave much to be desired, often vegetables are not well cooked, main dishes are often mushy. Soup and deserts are super.

Blood pressure machines need replacement. One repeatedly gives error codes, I finally refused being put through the madness and would not allow them to use it on me. The thermometer was inaccurate also, reading high

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
