The worst place my father stay here....
They have THE worst staff ever. Thats why they keep firing. ..there staff...they need a complete

My mom stay in the facility was very delightful I visited everyday to visit my mother and she was happy with the place. I like to point out the staff Gabreal on the fifth floor was very kind, funny, professional. if my mom have to come back I would request Gabreal to be the nurse

Mom was very happy
I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I had an excellent experience when I visited. I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They do such a great job of not overbooking details, even though they are extremely busy.

This review should have been written earlier to alert others about the sad circumstances of this facility. This was a nightmare of an experience for my mother in a little over a weeks time. It took the nursing staff about this length of time to have the appropriate medication and understand how and when to administer some. Repeated reminders were necessary and upon asking one of the nursing staff one day what was being given this person said "I don't know." Some of the aides were callous and resentful of helping my mother to the bathroom as were they prejudiced. The facility's maintenance was erratically faulty and the rooms were cold most likely contributing to my mother's pneumonia for which they recommended a cough syrup. Wanted to expedite my mother's release but things appeared to be delayed and felt a sense of being trapped.
