This place is filthy and under staffed. Residents have to wait a half hour or longer after pushing the button for a nurse. My brother called the desk one night as he was on the phone for a half hour with my mom and she was upset as she had already waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to help her to the bathroom. When speaking to the supervisor on duty their excuse is it's after dinner they are probably picking up dinner trays. He replied that was no excuse for someone to wait that long. What if she had an emergency? Their response was sir your right and I don't know what to say. My mother has waited an hour to have some one help her to the bathroom many times. She has fallen while there(someone was to be with her) and broke her shoulder and had a bed pan sitting in her bathroom with dried feces on it for a week. It's amazing that this place had a high score on medicare.gov.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
This nursing home almost killed my father when he was a resident there! staff not very attentive to patients father was covered in feces when i got there and I had to clean him up myself.
