The staff was very helpful when I went to visit. They seemed eager to greet me. It looked like a very clean, well-run building.

My soon to be mother-in-law has been living here for about the last two years and what a blessing this facility has been for her and us. We have peace of mind that she is in excellent care and have been impressed with how much of an improvement in her health she has made since she has been there. She frequently raves about how kind everyone is and how much she enjoys it there. On my almost weekly visits I see first hand how well everyone is cared for. I am in awe of the staff because I can't think of one time that they were not friendly and caring. I am truly amazed. There are times when I visit that she is participating in an activity or one is scheduled for later in the day that she is looking forward to attending. She has told me how she likes the exercise classes, car rides, crafts, bingo, crafts, and karaoke. She expresses herself freely about everything and everyone so I have no doubt she is in good place.
In the past she has commented on the food not always being to her liking but it has always looked good to us and I think some of that comes from just being food she doesn't like. A menu is posted every day and I explain to her that if she doesn't like what they are having she can order something else if she would give them notice. I've seen one particular lady that sits at her dinner table do it all the time.
As far as the cleanliness of this facility I would give it four stars. It is very clean and I never notice a "nursing home" odor. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is because it's not that modern and up-to-date facility you would get from a newer building with new fixtures and furniture, etc. If I won the lottery I'd give all the staff a bonus and have the facility remodeled.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Was this senior care facility's staff friendly?
They did what I asked, not a bit more

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, I left confused and frustrated
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
