I found the workers to be very helpful and cooperative. I was there to visit my sister and had a wonderful visit. I was there for a week. The weekends were a little rough as far as transporting her to and from the car but when PT was there, they were more then willing to assist her.
My sister had a stroke and can speak very little but noded and smiled when ask if they were good to her.

The nurses are rude. They are not polite to transport companies and the patients are hardly ever ready to go out on time. However if transport is late by five minutes they jump down your throat, its ok for them to slack off but no body else.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
