I would highly recommend this Facility. I was a Rehab patient recently and I received the best of care!
The entire Staff of this Facility goes Above and Beyond
to make their patients comfortable. The Nurses and CNA's are attentative and very caring. The Occupational and Physical Therapy Department is Exceptional!
Whatever your needs may be, each and every Staff member is sure to help you reach your goal. When I left this Facility, I was strong enough to return to my home.
I am very grateful for the care I received.
I would also like to mention that they have a wonderful Staff to meet the needs of those that are Residents.
During my Therapy walks I was able to observe.
In conclusion, I can only say Thank You to every Staff Member of Harborside Healthcare Greenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They left my dad sitting in his pee all nig long, never helped him to get up and go to the bathroom! We went there to help him at 10pm and he was still sitting in his pee from the 5pm phone call!!! Then we changed his clothes and got him cleaned up and there was still no nurse to help, finally when one did come in she was very mean. NEVER NEVER NEVER send a loved one there!!!!

This place is awful. My grandmother was there for a weekend for rehab and we transferred her ASAP. She was placed in a tiny room that was only big enough for 1 person, but she had a roommate. The other woman was mean, and demanded she watch the TV on full volume. The nursing staff did nothing to help the situation. The facility was loud with narrow halls. Confused people who appeared dishelved kept wandering into my grandmothers room. They used this intercom that was very loud to page staff all day and night. Not to mention my grandmothers bathroom was shared with the room next door, which was a male room! The nursing staff sat at their desk at night talking loudly, my grandmother wasn't able to sleep from all their noise. When I called to address these problems I was told my grandmother would be offered another room further down the hall where it was quieter. 5 hours later, I went in to visit and she knew nothing about that, still in her old room. When I questioned the nursing staff about her room change, they were told nothing about it. So, Management offered me a solution that they had no intention of actually doing. If a situation came up that prevented them from moving my grandmother, they should have communicated that with her and me but instead they told nobody and went home for the weekend.
I made arrangements to get her transferred to another facility. They gave me all her paperwork, which I was under the impression should have been faxed to the new facility ahead of time. So arrive at her new facility, I hand them her paperwork, when the admitting nurse looked over everything she was missing information. Her paperwork wasnt even filled out correctly! I could go on and on. This place is horrible.
Looks nice from the outside, but all rotten inside.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
