I worked at this facility for a short time. Before I took the job I saw the reviews of how bad it is how rude the staff is, etc. I figured that it was "pissy" people venting. I was wrong. This is a horrible place to work and bad for the residents. The Nurses and LPNs treat the CNAs like their personal slaves. They could never be bothered to do something as menial as change a diaper. I left for better employment and do not regret it a bit. If you are a new CNA and need experience, I suggest working there for say maybe 90 days, get the experience and find a better place like I did.

Haralson Nursing & Rehabiliatation Center is the worst nursing home facility around. The staff is extremely rude. The staff does not care about the residents at the facility,,, they are just there for the pay check! The offfice staff is the rudest of all the employees. They have extremely bad attitudes and should not be allowed to work in a public facility like they are. The office staff never answer any questions for a resident's family without being hostile!

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

My mother was in Haralson for about 12 days and wanted to move. Located another facility in Buchanan, close to home. She has been there about 3 months now.
