I never had any real problems when i was at Hanover some of the aids treated me poorly but the administration was great! Jerry mcdonagle really does care about the residents and does the best that she can with what she has to work with

Staff has either been there for very very long time or are new employees. Administration and staff pass the buck no one takes initiation to change. New memory unit is incomplete with little evidence of being complete. Therapy sees you even when it's not necessary. Saying insurance says they have to.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No, they definitely weren't clean

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very frustrated when I left. There is a definite lack of communication. I must say their staffing is an excuse. When my husband asked to be put to bed, he was told by a nurse,"I don't do that, YOU'LL have to find an aide." Have you ever had to find your own Nurses aide? I was completely astounded and angry! WE asked for bed rails at 2 p.m. and still did not have them at 9 p.m. And the list goes on.
