They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
