It is a hell hole. My husband's poor mother was sent there from the hospital for "rehab." She lay in a bed until she caught pneumonia, then was moved to a hospital and died. Every time we visited, we saw sad, sad people in wheelchairs lined up against a wall. Just warehousing people there, not caring for them. Every little beauty product we brought my mother-in-law -- hand lotion, face cream, etc. -- disappeared. You would be better off walking into the ocean.
They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
