The staff is unfriendly, and the office staff in particular is incompetet.. This facility is very misleading, and difficult to work with. They definitely promised me things that they weren't able to fulfill. I am not pleased with the level of patient care. It is my understanding that this facility is on a two year probation. I would not recommend East Tennessee Health Care Center.
