Wow! What a mistake on our part placing our mother here while she got strong enough after heart surgery to go back home and live independently! Took them 6 days and an in-your-face meeting with the Director before she even got a bath or shower! Once they did that they had a chance to find the sores on both her heels from laying in bed for too long and by day 8 she had pneumonia because she hardly had any therapy necessary to get her back on her feet and moving around, so she had to be admitted to CGH. They tell you all the right things when you check them out but that's as far as it goes. Never again!
