Rude and ignorant staff, my mom was there for rehabilitation every time I went to visit her, her floor, bedding etc... was dirty. They called me to tell me my mom had a fever in which I called her oncologist called them back told them her oncologist wanted her to be transferred to R.I Hospital their reply, "we gave her Tylenol and she's sleeping " Next day get a call from them saying she was rushed to the hospital her fever spiked.... She had pneumonia and passed 4 days later... When I went to gather her items they had given some of her things to other patients..... DO NOT RECOMMEND

My brother was a patient on the 3rd floor dementia unit for about 2-1/2 years . I cannot express enough about the wonderful care he received. Both the Nursing staff and CNA's were wonderful. They interacted with all the patients in a kind and compassionate way. On the day he passed away, they couldn't do enough to show compassion for us and be sure my brother was comfortable during his last hours. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone including my own family.

I have already submitted a review. Do NOT expect to see it. It was NOT at all complimentary, but TRUTHFUL. This is a FOR PROFIT COMPANY with no other agenda but to collect your TAX DOLLARS and hold people prisoner against their will.

This is a dangerous facility. The staff seems friendly and/or polite until you get to know them. After that, WATCH OUT~

Under NO circumstances should you allow a family member to enter this facility - unless you HATE your family member.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

No. It took me several times to get through.

Sometimes, a little too often
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

When I called the secretary didn't know the answers to my questions, and did not offer to find them out. She told me to ask when I came there. She was not helpful. Neither was the staff. I am terrified about leaving my relative here.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. It was very difficult to find my way around the facility and the person I was there to visit was not receiving adequate care, Her questions were ignored and her medication was not given in a timely manner. I would not recommend this facility.
