The place is in transition and is working on the issues, the DON, Social Worker, and Administrator have been very helpful when I have had issues with the care-or concerns about my uncle. The place is rundown but clean for the most part. Everyone tries hard.

Horrible place..And I mean horrible..
The state should be ashamed to pass this place in its conditon. And the roaches are taking over the building is falling apart there is no such thing as spring clean here. Yuck horrible
