This Nursing Home appears to be lacking in quality and care. The facility smells of urine the minute you walk onto the floors. This is an indication of poor quality of care for patients and cleanliness of the facility. Th furniture is dilapidated and the rooms don't appear t be properly cleaned.

My mother in law was transferred to this facility from Sierra Oaks in Bensalem. Today my husband and I visited Cheltenham Nursing Home to drop off admissions paperwork. We had the pleasure of meeting with Stephanie Anderson-MaKuri, the Business Office Manager. Stephanie was very friendly, very thorough in explaining things to us, and extremely compassionate.

What we DIDN'T receive was a call from their social services office. My mother in law arrived at Cheltenham 14 days ago and no one from their social services office called us. I am calling that office today to find out why there was no follow up from that department.
