the dietary manager still the resident food . she yells at them . she treat her staff really bad. she dose not ordre the right food on prepis mrs Eliabeth. thank just because she it the dietary manager she can treat people how every she want . i told her boss how she yells at the resident. she goes in there room close the door . so no one can her. if you try to tell her boss . she will fire her staff. she dose not care for the resident. she just care about her self. she belittle every one staff and resident. the admenstrer allow it to go on because they are good friend . you do not want your faimly to stay there . my grandmother stayed there. i worked there . and when i told them how she was treating my grandmother Mrs elizabeth fired me . so i pulled my grandmother. out of there if the dietary manager treats them bad how els is. so allso treats her staff really bad. they work there but off. drouble. no day off. i put in 135 hour a pay poid. never called in i have a fiamly to take care of . but i work so hread because i really care from my resident. . the min i siad eny thing she lat me go. Liza in the kichen. is a really good worker she dose the manager job batter then the manger. she is cook. but she sould be the boss because she treats people grace respect. and she really care about the resident that is the kind of manager they need. someone how care about the resident not them self.
