The nursing staff and aides are excellent. The administration sucks, my mom broke her arm an leg they ordered the wrong wheelchair and hospital bed. I had to go rent a wheel chair else where until they exchanged it. They sent me a hospital bed that did not go up or down. The hospital bed was a safety issue for my mom and the aide I hired to take care of her. Bel Air would not help me get the bed that was needed. I had to call the company they use, which is also disgusting, they said they do not carry beds that go up and down. After fighting with them for over an hour I received a new bed with a crank instead of electric to make it go up and down. Seems to me Belair is only interested in how many people they can get in, they don't care about the patients. The only good experience we had was with the nurses and aides, the food is also not edible.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
