The people here are well taken care of and the place is clean. All the nurses seem nice and follow the orders of the doctor. The manager smiles and waves to the korean grandmothers and grandfathers even though he doesn't speak korean. They have a beautiful patio for everybody to use on a nice day. Our doctor told us this is the best place.

The most important thing is my grandma is happy here and would not want to go a different place.

I think one star is too much for this place. Most of the nurses and the Administrator named Martin are extremely rude and arrogant. They are good at lip service but actions speak louder than words. Their actions show that they have no respect and caring spirit for neither the patients nor the family members. One of my relatives is at this place and whenever I visit, there are many moments I get shocked by the way many old patients are treated so poorly by the nurses. I don't think the nurses are well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to learn how to treat patients with respect and how to be more sensitive to respect patients' integrity. And sometimes, the nurses and nurse aids all completely disappear for ten to fifteen minutes all at the same time that you can't get any help during the time from anyone. I have complained about how the nurses are not being responsive to the needs of the patients and the answer I got from the Administrator was, "If complain about them, you're off to a bad start." Basically, he was insinuating that I need to shut up and don't raise any issue. I would never put anyone I care in that facility.

I would give them no stars if possible, and staffs are extreamly rude and arrogant. its couple blocks away from my parents house so i thought it might be convenient but i would rather drive 10miles to go see my grandma. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. One thing that's been so annoying about Alcott Rehabilitation Hospital, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
