They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, elderly have to call for a meal if they forget they don't get fed! nurses won't answer the phone when spouse calls! Dr.or nurses won't call spouse when procdures are being done! patient released too soon with infection, 3 times they won't tell spouse what kind of infection or where each time it's been a 2 hour ambulance ride back to billings!!! very poor care for the elderly!

They do not return calls. They do not follow up when transferring records or calling in prescriptions. Very poor communication between Drs and PAs and Drs in different departments. No one follows up. If you are elderly and have no vocal advocate you can wait for days for a call back only to find out that someone passed your case to someone else who either never got it or did not think it was important. They told us surgery scheduled for Friday, postponed till Monday, then til the Monday after that. Caretakers had traveled by plane and taken off work to assist with post op. Will now be gone before surgery happens. A beautiful building and nice art cannot make up for lack of care. Very disappointed and have had a lot of similarly disappointing experiences at Billings Clinic Deaconess Hospital

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
