They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The chemistry between the staff reassured my confidence in this acupuncturist. Everyone was so professional and talked with respect for the acupuncturist and the art of acupuncture itself. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
