I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying.
