They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. I always look forward to my appointments because they take that extra step to make me feel special and respected. They really make an effort to get to know all their clients and don't just treat them like a number. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
