They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
