Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. In fact, one staff member was quite rude when I had a situation that did not meet their protocols. Dr. Overton has never called me. Another doctor in his practice just took a stab in the dark about what was wrong with me and did not do a standard test when I came in with my 4th bronchial infection in 6 months. Their office was nice and quiet. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected him. Nevertheless, I am in the process of looking for a different Primary Care physician because I do not feel that this doctor wants to handle a more complicated patient.. .

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
