DR. LAIBSTAIN IS INTERESTED IN THE TOTAL HEALTH OF HIS PATIENTS. HE LISTENS TO WHAT PATIENTS TELL HIM, AS QUESTIONS, AND IS AN ALL AROUND GREAT PHYSICIAN.

I really like Dr. Laibstain! He does a great job trying to keep me healthy, even when I don't do my part. The office staff are pleasant and the wait is never long.

I Was Very Disheartened With Indian River Family Practice. Dr. Robert Laibstain And His Incredibly Rude & Disrespectful Staff. There Office manager Called Me A Liar. When She Knew Everything I Said Was True. She Defended Her Rude Absolutely The Most Unprofessional Staff In A Dr.s Office. The Dr. Said It Was Inappropriate for me To Call Him While He Was On Call. Said it was Inappropriate to contact him on A Sunday Afternoon Even Though He Was On Call. He Never Asked me If I Was Okay Only Said I Am Sorry You Are Having A Hard Time. But Did Not Try To Help In Anyway That Was After I Sat In His Waiting Room Over 1 Hour To See Him Only To Find Out He Had left An Hour Or More Earlier. The Staff Said Have A Seat. He Will See You?????? I Feel So Betrayed i Have Been A Patient at This Practice For 38 Years. The Dr. Was Not Interested In What i Had To Say I Should not Be Calling Him. I Said Why Is That You Can Contact Me In THe office I Tryed To Speak To Him No Less Than ^ times in the last 3 months. Dr. More Worried About His Staff More Than How His patients Health Is Doing????? what Is Up With That. Maybe It Is Time For Him To Retire. He Has Lost Touch With His patients & Reality Of Being A Dr.

I have been a patient at Indian River Practice for 8 years and it is disheartening that their staff are rude, degrading and unprofessional. I contacted Michelle to obtain Dr. Larry Kagan's MID number for insurance purposes. Michelle was completely out of line and not helpful by any means. Her frustration was clear through her voice and in her unwillingness to help me. I was placed on hold multiple times. I was then transferred to the office manager Dawn who deliberately hung up on me as she felt the word "alleged" was a derogatory term and she was not going to take a lecture from me. I thought my speaking to someone in a leadership role would be courteous, however, I was wrong. She hung up on me a total of three times. At that point I called back a total of three times to only be placed on hold and hung up on repeatedly. I then asked for Dawns supervisor and she advised me she was the manager. She refused to give me her managers information.

I will never go to Indian River Family practice, they have lost a loyal patient due to the staff they employ. In any instance was in appropriate for them to act in the manner they did.

Outside of the staff the doctors were great.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
