I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
