I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome.
