Dr. Roberge is a well-established professional and I have been fairly well satisfied with her treatment albeit just a routine checkup and annual mastoid cavity cleaning for me. Recently I was treated by one of her counterparts (Dr. Railsback) when she was unavailable, although they didn't tell me this until after I had arrived for my appointment. The care I received was about average consisting of a 12 minute exam and cleaning of my mastoid cavity. I then went to settle my bill and was told that they no longer accept TriCare (insurance for active and retired military) and that my cost would be $245.00!

This office includes Doctors Railsback, Ponder, Gonzales, Janicki, Roberge and Noell and, up until last year, they did accept TriCare insurance, which has the same reimbursement rate as Medicare with TriCare Standard actually allowing a higher rate. It's unfortunate that they have now intentionally chosen not to treat military personnel. In my humble opinion, they should be ashamed of their decision.
