They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I found that while talking to the customer service rep she was not a cheerful and helpful, but instead bluntly rude if I asked a question.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
