They were really great about listening to all of my input and concerns. I felt like I was involved in my treatment decisions instead of them just telling me what to do. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Thanks to Dr. Samuelson I had a nearly painless septoplasty. He uses modern, minimally invasive techniques during sinus surgery. He does not pack the nose, nor use any appliances or sutures that need to be removed after the surgery.
