Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. So I took Elijah to the pediatricians office on the 2nd of May. We were brought back to a room where they took his height and weight, then took us back to the waiting room after filling out papers. In the waiting room, we noticed that they had changed the flooring.. In a pediatricians office. It was the slippery kinda granite kind. Me, Horatiu, and Tim all witnessed a 1 year old baby slip and fall on said granite, and hurt his head so bad that it immediately swelled up to the size of a golf ball and turned blue and purple. I made a comment that the floor was very unsafe for a pediatricians office. We were then taken back to another room where they tried to do his height and weight again and have me fill out the same paper. I told them that we had already done all of this, but the lady assured me we hadn't. I finally said No, because we did it all already and something didn't seem right. The lady finally said "Well isn't your babies name Emmet?" UM NO. They mixed up his charts, and tried to give him the WRONG shots. Yesterday I received a paper from them telling me that they will not be Elijah's pedi anymore. I called them this morning to see why, and they told me it was because they did not trust me because I made a comment saying the floor wasn't safe. Wtf. Okay so this was Porter Pediatrics, and it was Dr. Nickolaidis, so make sure you do NOT go there.
