This was the worst doctors office that I have been to hands down. I recently moved to Midland and decided to take my daughter to this clinic and boy was it a mistake! First of all, the ladies that work in the front office are so rude!! They don't ever smile and they always look like they were in a bad mood. Second of all, waiting areas are dirty and look like they don't ever get cleaned. Everything was so unorganized especially the book shelf. On the other hand the nurses were very nice and very pleasant to be around. Lastly, they tested my daughter for strep and they said she was negative but when I took her back a week and a half later because she still was not feeling well they informed me that the lab had made a mistake the last time we were there and that she was indeed positive for strep throat .I'm not sure how this could of happen but what a coincidence that the day I took her back they told me that she had been postive for strep throat( a whole 10days later). My phone number is listed on the paper work but nobody notified me to let me know. That means my daughter exposed all of her classmates at school and everybody else she came in contact with!!! I will never take my daughter back to this clinic nor will I refer anybody I know to this clinic.

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
