Danielle Boyd is unfriendly and rude. I do not like her and I don't like that I can't see the Dr. that I chose. Dr. Mehra is great but not his assistant. I would give 4 stars but because of her. I give 2.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Dr. Mehra is a wonderful person. He cares a lot of about his patients. But, some of his Physician Assistant is a jerk especially Danielle Boyd. She works a sub-investigator for Gastroenterologist. She does not have experiences with mental health. But, she subscribed medication anyway when a supervising physician was not in the office. Somebody is going to sue Dr. Mehra because of this woman.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It definitely wasn't easy finding parking at their officeThe staff makes mistakes that cost me more than my insurance says they should. They don't care if they've not mailed an RX and they don't call to say why.. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me. And this was the DOCTOR. Usually you have to pay the same amount to see the Nurse Practicioner, which isn't right.

Sandra and Dr. Mehra are both great. The problem that lies in his practice is the receptionist Paula. She seems very cold, very defensive and unhelpful. It seemed to me like she was blocking me from being able to schedule an appointment for my son. Plus, you have no way to contact this doctor except through her. They have no email addresses.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
