I was startled by his appearance, he resembles a skeleton and has the personality of one. You are to sit in front of his desk in a hard chair and he asks a few questions before writing a prescription. Wait a minute, I told him I don't know if I want to take any medication or not yet, to which he replies "if you think talk therapy would benefit you more I can refer you." Totally unconcerned, just there to make some money. I did not go back and now that I have read all the negative reviews I'm glad I didn't.

I think he's a great doctor. Always listens to me and offers suggestions when needed.

The office staff is completely rude and unprofessional. Whether it is trying to set up a new appointment, changing an appointment, or trying to ask a question about billing - they are absolutely the most rude and disrespectful people I've ever dealt with in an medical office.

My wife called to schedule the appointment and ask questions, and they refused to speak to her, even after I tried to give my permission to do so.

Apparently, they scheduled a follow-up appointment three months after one of my visits. I never received a phone call to remind me about the appointment. I've now received a bill for a no-show appointment for $85. If you don't have the decency to call and remind me that there is an appointment, then you can not dare enforce a charge. I have been moving, and had so many other things going on - this doctor appointment completely left my brain. Not one person in this office is kind enough to listen or try to help take care of any problems or concerns of the patients.

Dr. Watts should be ashamed that such a rude and unprofessional group of people represent him. If it doesn't bother him, then that speaks volumes about him as a professional doctor as well.

Insensitive, unsympathetic and somewhat inept physician. Other doctors have questioned his actions, pertaining to medication applications. Very unflexible, too. Staff is extremely rude. Very displeased and disappointed in the care I have received over the years, compared to past physicians. Changing to a new doctor. Highly UNRECOMMENDED!

Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced! The staff is RUDE AND UNCARING! Dr. Watts, spent maybe 10 minutes with me. He seemed bored, uncaring, judgmental, and stuck up. I was neither clear on my diagnosis or medication after leaving. When I called to speak with him about my medication directions and dosage, I was dropped as a patient because I misunderstood his vague directions. I am shocked, appalled, confused, and hurt by the Dr. and his staff. I am fully and completely dissatisfied.

Front office is condescending and rude. They have unreasonable rules about who can pay for and make appointments, and you need to give them three days of notice before you cancel an appointment. Watts isn't bad, but he's not going to spend any real time with you for your money. Hopefully this is a practice that will soon be swallowed by the recession. It would be a greater credit to the community if it were replaced by a weight watchers.
