They were extremely late to my last appointment. I had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Probably because the doctor spends as much time as necessary with his patients. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They made a followup appointment. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
