There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. My Mother had an appointment for a procedure and called the Answering service in the Early morning because my mother was not able to keep the prep down so it would not do any good to have procedure, and asked them to have Dr. Huggins to call me. When he arrived in office, that there was not an emergency to wake him up. Surgery center called 30 min after she was to have been at appointment and was never told that we had called to cancel. Called his Office and spoke with his Nurse. And she said that she or Dr, Huggins would call me back to discuss what he thought would be the next step. this was on Sept. 16, 2011 and I am still waiting on one of them to return my call. NOT PROFESSIONAL and it was serious enough because my mother was admitted to the hospital that afternoon and to this day is still in the hospital. I have heard very good things about him from the Dr. that referred me to him. But his Answering Service and Nurse fell down on the Job if it wasn't Dr. Huggins!!!!

I have worked in the Medical Field and I know that it is a very busy and extremely stressful job and things sometimes happen but I believe I made 2 attempts to speak with the Dr. or even would have excepted a call from his Nurse advising us as to what he wanted to do!! So I have thought this over many day's and feel that other people should know so they can inquire about Dr. Huggins Office and other Dr.'s Offices.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have all became friends of mine...I would not be able to stay healthy with out Dr. Huggins and his staff..Thank You...I feel blessed...
