On my last visit to her office, she was rude and unprofessional. The consult took 8 minutes, and 6 of those minutes she was on the phone with someone else, plus a couple of interruptions from her assistant; when I stopped talking waiting for her to finish her phone conversation, she looked at me and told me that she was listening.
After she hang up, she asked me to follow her to the next room, then she wrote something to her assistant and disappeared through the next door; I was expecting her to tell me something about my situation, but she never came back to talk to me or ask me any other questions as I was expecting since I was the only one who talked during the visit. It was her assistant the one who informed me that I needed a CAT scam and colonoscopy; she scheduled the appointments for both procedures; the day before the colonoscopy, the hospital where I was suppose to have it done called me to ask me to pay over $430.00 as co pay, I told them that my insurance was paying 100% and they kept asking for that money; I was forced to cancel.
The day after cancelling I called my insurance to ask why they didn’t cover the full amount and I was told that they did cover it, and the hospital is very well aware of that, as well as dr. Kaila.
P.S. She never called me to apologize
