Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

He's an incompetent fool that runs habitually late and seems to be slightly detached from reality. He has NEVER been on time for anything, ever...

His staff is largely inept, poorly educated, overweight, and unattractive. The office has a generic feel that reminds me of the waiting room at Jiffy Lube.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
