Dr. Lynn Gibbs has to be the best Dr. out there. I have seen several and none of them even took the time to listen to what my symptoms were. Dr. Gibbs sat there with me for almost 30 mins and explained to me all about my physical test results and actually listened to what symptoms I was having. He is very kind and caring. He is the best of the best! His staff is very friendly as well.

My appt was at 1315 and I did not see the Doctor until 1455. He is a very old doctor, took him along time to get around.

Dr. Gibbs is awesome, knowledgable, thorough, caring, and takes plenty of time to answer questions and explain any issues. Unfortunately his staff is among the worst I have seen. One visit they failed to order a test as directed by Dr. Gibbs. Another time they ordered an xray of the wrong body part, and I heard Dr. Gibbs give the direction. Also, one staffer told me I could not receive test results by phone and would have to schedule a follow-up appoingtment because of HIPAA rules. I know this is blatantly false, as many doctors do this and I checked with several to see if this was a new rule. Again, I hate that a wonderful doctor and genuinely caring man in Dr. Gibbs is undermined by the poor execution by his staff.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
