This woman is impatient, rude, and a poor listener. She did not seem to comprehend that my blood sugars regularly fluctuate on account of my diabetes, and attempted to advise me prior to understanding my condition.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
