I absolutely love Dr. Carlson & his nurse, Lou. I couldn't ask for better health care providers.

In the days of rushing in & out to maximize # of patients, Dr. Carlson & his staff always make me feel welcomed, appreciated, & cared for.

Dr Carlson makes me feel like he really knows who I am. He is always caring and listens. He gives me the best options to resolve any issues.

Lou--Dr. Carlson's nurse has been rude and not helpful for the 10 years I've used him as Dr. I came in for a tetnus shot, and told her I had a Whooping cough booster and she said "That's it" and stormed out of the waiting room. I said I was sorry and didn't know they were the same booster, but she had already stormed out. I have had to put up with Carlson's rudeness and Lou's rudeness--but no more--I going to another Dr.!!

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
