They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. What can I say, they were warm, welcoming, and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They definitely put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
