Misdiagnosed my daughter not once but twice, one time they said that she had sundowner's syndrome which is something that alheizmer's patients get. The second time, they diagnosed her with autism and aspergers.. After ONE appointment. parents beware

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.
