There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
