Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
