I went there without having any appointments, i just wanted to ask them if they could have a service for removing burn marks. When i went in to the waiting room, there were a lot of people and i went straight to the staff there just to ask about that service, but one of the staff didn't welcome at all, she looked at me like i wanted to do something bad to her, then she asked me to wait. After 20 mins she called me and i asked her if they could remove burn scars or not, they said yes we could and the price was not really expensive, so i made an appointment for a few months later. 3 weeks after that i heard that just a few dermatologists who can do that service, i was so worried and i decided to call them just to ask about that. And they said that they didn't have a servive for removing burn marks. Why should they lie to me, if they didn't have that service just say no and don't lie like that. The service was really bad. Don't ever come there!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
