Scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior so I could fill out the forms. Waited for over 45 minutes and there were 2 patients in rooms and 3 more ahead of me in the waiting room so I left. I do not appreciate when my time is not respected. I will not wait more than 45 minutes from the time of my appointment to be seen
